Rooftops bars around Moraira
Cocktails and views...Rooftop bars in Moraira and the area – our guide
What’s better than a delicious cocktail on a summer afternoon ? Enjoying it on a rooftop bar with stunning views. Today we are taking you on a little tour of our favorite rooftop bars around Moraira.
Sky Bar, Calpe
The Sky bar is part of a sleek new hotel in Calpe, Hotel Suitopia. Perched on the last floor of the building, this bar offers stunning views over the Ifach Peñon and the Calpe bay. Perfect for drinks at sunset. They have an indoor area which makes it great for colder months or windy days. Prices are surprisingly reasonable, considering the location and view. The bar is quite small though so if you plan on visiting during the summer months, make sure to get there early !
Where ? Avenida Europa, 2 CALPE
When ? 3PM to 2AM
Captain Andy’s, Moraira
Moraira’s lack of high rise buildings means there’s technically only one rooftop bar in town. Captain Andy is located right in Moraira’s Marina and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Ifach Peñon. The terrasse is quite small and very popular in the summer so make sure to get there early if you want to secure a spot around sunset!
Where ? Local 1 Club Nautico, Moraira
When ? 5PM – 12:30PM
Nomad Hotel, Javea
This new “boho-chic” hotel in Javea’s Marina has a small but elegant rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the Grava beach. Cocktails are on the pricier side but come in fun and interesting glasses with a twist ! The hotel also has a small rooftop plunge pool, perfect to cool off during the summer months.
Where ? Camí Casetes, 8-9, 03730 Xàbia
Achills, Javea
Located on Javea’s busy Arenal, Achill is the place to be seen in Javea. This is the perfect place if you fancy a drink and a wild night of partying. They have a dancefloor area and regular Dj sets. The dress code is smart and there will be bouncers at the door. Drinks are reasonable considering the location and the “cool crowd”. Maybe not the best place if you’re looking for a “quiet evening” but very fun nonetheless.

When : 6PM – 12:30PM
The Beach House Club, Javea
Beach House Club is located in Javea’s Marina with stunning views over Javea’s bay. This is a very “Ibiza boho chill-out” place which means that it will attract a lot of Instagram photoshoots 😉 However, it is definitely worth a visit. The views are beautiful, the atmosphere is buzzing and it’s a great place to snap some pictures. Service can be a bit slow in the summer but you’re here to relax….no rush.
Where : Muelle Puerto 1 Pesquero
When : 9:30AM – 12:30PM
La Marserena, Denia
La Marserena is the place where Denia’s “young and beautiful” flock to during the summer months. It is located on top of the “Sounders” nightclub and is usually the first stop before a night of partying. Expect a younger (and louder) crowd. Nice cocktails, reasonably priced. We love the view over Denia’s Marina and castle.
Where : Denia’s Marina
When: 6PM to 2AM
Zensa Club, Denia
Zensa Club is THE place to see and be seen in Denia (at least if you’re under 30). This stunning rooftop pool bar is a mix of young glamourous local influencers and middle-aged party animals looking to dance the night away. This is the place to wear that extravagant outfit in your closet. Great for people-watching (if you don’t mind the constant Instagram photoshoots). Delicious cocktails. They also have fantastic parties ( their infamous White Party for example is not to be missed). If you’re looking for a family-friendly, low-key bar…this is not for you.
