What is a Winter Rental ?

The winter season starts at the end of October until the beginning of April.

The minimum stay is 2 months. Stays shorter than 2 months do not benefit from the special winter price offer. Prices are based on monthly stays only i.e 2 months, 3 months, 4 months etc. All winter rentals have to be booked via contacting a member of our team, they can´t be booked online.



What DO I NEED TO PAY?

Winter rental clients will have to pay for all utilities – electricity, gas, and water. A cleaning and linen fee also applies. Cleaning is property dependent but starts from €130. Linen is charged at €30 per person and includes 2 full sets of linen and towels for each client.

Bills are paid monthly and we provide copies of all bills for clarity. We also ask clients to provide a pre-payment towards the cost of utilities, and an additional security deposit



When do I need to PAY ?

We will take a deposit to confirm the booking ( around 30% of the total amount). We will confirm this amount with you in advance. The remainder is due in full, 60 days prior to arrival.

On the day of arrival, we will charge the pre-payment of utilities and also the security deposit.

Any remaining funds from the security deposit and the pre-payment for utilities will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

Notes: The cleaning fee applied relates to the final cleaning of the villa. Guests are expected to keep the villa clean and tidy during their stay.

Interim cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. If required, HMR Holidays will supply two sets of winter bedding and towels for each guest. It is then the responsibility of the guest to clean the linen provided.
